Everything is energy. Mastering life deals with knowing how to master energy. How to generate it when you need it, how to apply it when you have it, how to give it where it’s needed. It’s such a precious asset, and like many of the most important things in life, it’s invisible.
We’ve witnessed energy manifested, (everything from tears welling up from emotions we feel, to atomic & nuclear weapons militaries across the globe have access to. However, today I am specifically referring to internal energy we create ourselves. We do so by consuming nutrients, sleeping, having conversations, exercising, having sex and many other activities. It’s a beautiful thing having the ability to be energy-generating beings.
The focus is vitality. What kind of activities, habits, rituals, thoughts & hedonic activities help generate long term energy and vitality? We can dive into many different specific activities and the science behind why it helps, instead we will focus on “purpose”.
